Sorry for such a long post, but I wanted to cover everything at once. Sea Foam Universal Power Steering Fluid is a premium synthetic formula that can be used in all types. What would be some of the causes for this? Would a fluid flush fix it, or is it time for parts? Is new air getting into the system, or is it trapped in the old fluid?
